Wow, I just received Mary’s telephone message! What a pleasure to be treated so nicely by a company!
I try really hard to let people know about good companies out there – it’s a competitive world, so I think the wise companies (especially smaller businesses) are the ones who go just a little bit further to be responsive when things don’t go perfectly. In some ways, with a business like yours – a short-sighted person might think, “well, now that this person has ordered all the cool signs she wants, she probably won’t be back unless she moves, so we need to move on to just try to attract the next customer….” But of course that’s not the case. These transfers are something not a lot of people know about yet, and they’re SO COOL J - so everyone who comes into our home or into my office (I’m a law professor specializing in science and law, which is why I got the Sagan and Einstein quotes….) will get an enthusiastic spiel from me about Wonderful Graffiti.
Pretty amazing to get a telephone call from the founder/president/CEO!!! A really nice way to start a stormy, windy day working, praying the power doesn’t go out in the gale-force winds outside!!! I thank you very much for making this easy.
The $25 gift card = a great idea. Since, of course, I’ll end up spending more than that…. J
